Spacious, sunny and quiet design apartment located two blocks from Plaza España on Av. Gran Via is, however, extremely quiet, as it does not overlook the avenue but the mountain of Montjuic. There are 2 designer bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a hydro-massage shower.
At the entrance of the apartment there is an original bar with stools that connects to the kitchen.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed (160×200) and the second bedroom has two 90×200 beds, one of which can be stored under the other or put together to accommodate two couples.
The dining room is for 6-8 people installed in the old covered gallery with a large window overlooking Montjuic and a relaxation area with plants and a comfortable hammock chair. Two floors up there is a communal terrace with views of Tibidabo.
Located 200 meters from the Barcelona Exhibition Fair, it is ideal for those attending La Fira or the Palacio de Congresos and its location is also exceptional for getting around Barcelona and the surrounding areas due to the high concentration of public transportation. It is 2 blocks away from Plaza ESPAÑA, where the Metro lines 1 and 3 converge and take you in 10 min. to Las Ramblas, and line 8 of the Ferrocarriles de la Generalitat, the Airport Bus and many different lines of day and night buses with which you can get to the beach of Barcelona in 15 minutes.

At all times of the day many cabs pass by the door. Also two metro stations or a 10-minute walk away is Sants Station, Barcelona’s main train station.
Less than 100 meters away on Gran Via there is a public parking and exactly in front of the building is one of the Bicing-Barcelona stations.

Minimum stay is 32 days.

60 € for check-in after midnight

For extra cleaning during the stay is important to notify the minimum one day in advance.
The price of the final cleaning is not included in the price of the rent, and it is 60 €.
